Award winning artist, landscape designer, certified horticulturist, and environmental educator specializes in creating lively, wildlife friendly healing gardens; restoring mature landscapes; and showcasing California native plants.

Ten years experience designing dynamic residential and public landscapes that please the eye, create a welcoming atmosphere, and soothe the spirit. St. John's Meditation Garden featured in the Bringing Back The Natives Garden Tour 2006.

Teaches the ecologically focused class series, "Gardening From The Ground Up", conducts special workshops and field trips on "Wildlife Enchantment In The Garden" for Audubon Society, provides public talks and slide shows on "California's Wild Legacy". Served on the Conservation Committees of the Sierra Club and the Audubon Society, worked with the State Dept. of Parks in providing biological data and ecological commentary for the planning of Eastshore State Park, served as team leader for Golden Gate Audubon Society year long census. Extensive training and experience in providing Stress Management for hospitals and clinics enhances the nature based Garden Is A Teacher Guided Relaxation Sessions.
